Arizona Revised Statutes Title 19. Initiative, Referendum and Recall § 19-208.05. Special fund for reimbursement of county recorders

A. Receiving officers shall establish a separate fund from which county recorders shall be reimbursed for actual expenses incurred by county recorders for performance of duties under § 19-208.02, but not to exceed the rate of fifty cents per signature.
B. A county recorder who claims to be entitled to reimbursement under the provisions of this section shall submit a claim to the receiving officer.
C. The special fund established pursuant to this section shall be exempt from the provisions of § 35-190, relating to lapsing of appropriations.
