Arizona Revised Statutes Title 19. Initiative, Referendum and Recall § 19-117. Initiative and referendum petition; changes; applicability

Notwithstanding any other law, any change in the law or procedure adopted by a governing body with respect to circulation or filing of an initiative or referendum petition after an initiative or referendum petition application is filed pursuant to § 19-111 does not apply to the initiative or referendum petition.
