A game and fish publications revolving fund is established consisting of monies received from the sale of publications pursuant to § 17-231, subsection B, paragraph 9. The monies in the fund are appropriated to the department to produce and distribute department publications and information. Monies in the game and fish publications revolving fund that at any time are in excess of eighty thousand dollars shall immediately revert to the game and fish fund. Monies in the game and fish publications revolving fund up to an amount of eighty thousand dollars are exempt from the provisions of § 35-190 relating to lapsing of appropriations.
