A person who knowingly performs any act for which the person is required to be licensed under title 20, chapter 2, article 3, 3.1, 3.2, 3.3 or 3.5 1 to lawfully perform and the person has been previously licensed pursuant to title 20, chapter 2, article 3, 3.1, 3.2, 3.3 or 3.5, but whose license was suspended or revoked at the time of the act or has been convicted of violating any provision of title 20, chapter 2, article 3, 3.1, 3.2, 3.3 or 3.5, and who is not licensed at the time of the act, is guilty of a class 5 felony.
