Any person who, without the consent of the owner, knowingly tampers with, removes or injures any cable, wire, microwave or other component of a licensed cable television system as defined in § 9-505 or licensed video service network or knowingly interrupts the service of the licensed cable television system or licensed video service network without the consent of the owner is guilty of a class 2 misdemeanor.
