Arizona Revised Statutes Title 13. Criminal Code § 13-2927. Unlawful feeding of wildlife; classification

1. Persons lawfully taking or holding wildlife pursuant to title 17  1 or pursuant to rules or orders of the Arizona game and fish commission.

2. Public employees or authorized agents acting within the scope of their authority for public safety or for wildlife management purposes.

3. Normal agricultural or livestock operational practices.

4. Tree squirrels or birds.
