Arizona Revised Statutes Title 13. Criminal Code § 13-2604. Forfeiture and disqualification from office

Notwithstanding §§ 13-904 and 13-907, a person who is convicted of violating § 13-2602 or 13-2603 shall forever be disqualified from becoming a public servant and, if such person is a public servant at the time of his conviction, shall forfeit his office.
