Arizona Revised Statutes Title 12. Courts and Civil Proceedings § 12-994. Violation; classification

A. A person who intentionally or knowingly violates or disobeys a temporary restraining order, a preliminary injunction, a permanent injunction or any other order issued by the court pursuant to § 12-992 is guilty of a class 5 felony.

B. A person who intentionally or knowingly violates or disobeys a temporary restraining order, a preliminary injunction, a permanent injunction or any other order issued pursuant to § 12-998 or 12-999 is guilty of a class 6 felony.

C. This section does not prevent the court from issuing any other order to enforce a temporary restraining order, a preliminary injunction, a permanent injunction or any other order issued pursuant to this article.
