If no judgment or order is entered against the garnishee within ninety days after the filing of the garnishee's answer, any monies, property, shares or other interest held by the garnishee pursuant to the writ shall be released to the judgment debtor, and the garnishee shall be discharged on the writ and fully and completely released from any further liability to the judgment creditor with respect to the property released pursuant to this section. This section is not applicable if either party has filed a written objection pursuant to § 12-1580, nor to monies or property held for a trustee in bankruptcy if the judgment debtor has filed bankruptcy, nor to monies or property held under provisional remedies pursuant to chapter 14 of this title. 1
