A. Each board shall cause written minutes of its proceedings to be prepared pursuant to § 38-431.01.
B. The clerk of the board shall maintain and permanently preserve the official copy of the minutes in accordance with § 39-101.
C. The full minutes of proceedings, which need not be a verbatim transcript nor include exhibits, shall be made available to the public pursuant to § 38-431.01. The minutes shall also be made available at the office of the clerk of the board and the public libraries in the county.
D. The minutes shall include all demands and warrants approved by the board in excess of one thousand dollars and multiple demands and warrants from a single supplier or individual under one thousand dollars whose cumulative total exceeds one thousand dollars in a single reporting period.
