The Office of Child Support Enforcement of the Revenue Division of the Department of Finance and Administration is authorized to implement a clearinghouse system with electronic funds transfer and electronic data interchange transaction capabilities for the collection and distribution of child support payments in all cases brought pursuant to Title IV-D of the Social Security Act 1 and cases assigned to the clearinghouse as provided in this subchapter.
