Arkansas Code Title 6. Education § 6-84-104. Arkansas Brighter Future Fund Plan Trust--Creation

(a) There is created the Arkansas Brighter Future Fund Plan Trust.

(b) The cotrustees of the trust shall be the Commissioner of the Division of Higher Education, the Executive Director of the Arkansas Teacher Retirement System, and the Treasurer of State.
