(a) There is created the Office of Accountability within the Division of Higher Education.
(b) The office is authorized and directed to collect and analyze information that may be required to meet any state or federal requirement.
(c) Under the direction of the Commissioner of the Division of Higher Education, the staff of the office shall work cooperatively with and provide any necessary assistance to the House Committee on Education and the Senate Committee on Education.
