(a) No person, teacher, party, servant, or employee shall be boarded, lodged, or in any manner whatever provided for during the vacation of the Arkansas School for the Blind, neither shall any party or person at any time be lodged, boarded, or permitted to remain at the school at the expense of the state not specifically designated and provided for in this subchapter.
(b) However, this section shall not apply to those employees and pupils who have no homes and are required to remain at the school during vacation.
