(a) A charter for a public charter school shall:
(1) Be in the form of a written contract signed by the Commissioner of Elementary and Secondary Education and the chief operating officer of the public charter school;
(2) Satisfy the requirements of this chapter; and
(3) Ensure that the information required under § 6-23-404 is consistent with the information provided in the application and any modification that the authorizer may require.
(b) Any revision or amendment of the charter for a public charter school may be made only with the approval of the authorizer.
(c) An open-enrollment public charter school shall post the most recent version of the written contract on the website of the open-enrollment public charter school by August 1 each year.
