Arkansas Code Title 27. Transportation § 27-50-501. Uniform form to be used

Every law enforcement officer in this state who is authorized to issue citations for traffic law violations shall use a uniform traffic citation form prescribed by the Division of Arkansas State Police or a substantially equivalent form.
