Arkansas Code Title 25. State Government § 25-29-110. Annual report

The Board of Directors of the Arkansas Deaf and Hard of Hearing Telecommunications Services Corporation shall transmit to the Legislative Council, the Secretary of the Department of Commerce, and the Arkansas Public Service Commission an annual report of its activities. The annual report shall be filed by March 31 of each year.
