Arkansas Code Title 23. Public Utilities and Regulated Industries § 23-12-406. Hazardous materials transportation

Any railroad transporting hazardous materials, as defined in the Hazardous Materials Transportation Act,  1 in this state must have on the train, in the possession of the train crew, documents which shall contain the following information regarding the hazardous material:

(1) Position in the train of the car containing the hazardous material;

(2) Number of the car containing the hazardous material;

(3) Description of the hazardous nature of the material, such as whether it is a corrosive or flammable liquid, gas, or solid; and

(4) A description of the quantity of the hazardous material.
