(a) The Arkansas State Game and Fish Commission may pay all accrued and unused annual, holiday, and sick leave to the estate of a wildlife officer or game warden who dies in the line of duty.
(b) A payment under subsection (a) of this section is subject to budgetary constraints and shall be disbursed after receipt of the official death certificate.
