Arkansas Code Title 17. Professions, Occupations, and Businesses § 17-80-105. Federal provisions

(a) The State of Arkansas hereby elects the early options in the provision provided in the Health Care Quality Improvement Act of 1986,  1 for all healthcare entities subject to that act.

(b) This section and powers granted shall be liberally and broadly construed so as to effectuate the legislative intent.
