(a) When written examinations are required, they shall be held at such times and places as the Department of Agriculture, in consultation with the Arkansas Forestry Commission, shall determine.
(b) The scope of the examinations and the methods of procedure shall be prescribed by the commission.
(c) A candidate who fails an examination may apply for another examination.
(d) Subsequent examinations will be granted only upon payment of the prescribed fee.
