Arkansas Code Title 15. Natural Resources and Economic Development § 15-55-210. Reports of investigations

(a) It shall be the duty of the Office of the State Geologist to make reports as necessary to complete an understanding of the results obtained from investigations undertaken.

(b) The reports shall be accompanied by maps, sections, and other illustrations as necessary to a complete understanding.

(c) [Repealed by Acts of 2023, Act 697, § 6, eff. July 1, 2023.]
