(a) The Administrative Office of the Keep Arkansas Beautiful Commission shall be located within the State Parks Division.
(b) The Director of the Administrative Office of the Keep Arkansas Beautiful Commission shall be employed by the Director of the State Parks Division with the approval of the Secretary of the Department of Parks, Heritage, and Tourism.
(c) The Director of the Administrative Office of the Keep Arkansas Beautiful Commission shall develop and administer all programs and projects of the Keep Arkansas Beautiful Commission and perform such other duties that the Director of the State Parks Division deems necessary and appropriate to foster and promote the awareness of all Arkansans as to the need to protect Arkansas's natural environment.
