Arkansas Code Title 14. Local Government § 14-49-211. Commissioner--Removal and vacancies

(a) The city council or the governing body, by two-thirds vote may remove any of the commissioners during his or her term of office for cause.

(b) The vacancy thereby created shall be filled as provided in this chapter.
