(a)(1) The quorum court of a county may levy, in addition to fees and taxes now charged, a fee not to exceed five dollars ($5.00) on each application for a marriage license.
(2) The fee levied under subdivision (a)(1) of this section shall be collected by the county clerk at the time application for a marriage license is made.
(b) All fees collected under subsection (a) of this section shall be credited by the county treasurer to the county general fund and shall be appropriated by the quorum court as provided by law.
(c) In addition to the fee collected under subdivision (a)(1) of this section, the following fees shall be charged and collected by the county clerk when an application for a marriage license is made:
(1) Thirty dollars ($30.00) under § 21-6-413(a)(7);
(2) Thirteen dollars ($13.00) under § 16-20-407(a);
(3) Ten dollars ($10.00) under § 9-30-109(b);
(4) One dollar ($1.00) under § 20-7-123(b)(1)(D)(i);
(5) Fifty cents (50¢) under § 21-6-406(a)(41); and
(6) Fifty cents (50¢) under § 21-6-406(a)(42).
