Arkansas Code Title 14. Local Government § 14-164-605. Bond issuance generally

All bonds issued pursuant to a compact entered into under the provisions of this subchapter, whether issued under the authority of Arkansas Constitution, Amendment 49 or the authority granted in §§ 14-164-201 -- 14-164-206 and 14-164-208 -- 14-164-224, shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions, limitations, and other provisions relating to bonds issued for other purposes under the provisions of Arkansas Constitution, Amendment 49, and §§ 14-164-201 -- 14-164-206 and 14-164-208 -- 14-164-224.
