(a) When the county court has entered an order, at his or her expense the owner or lessee of the area to be controlled shall post the signs, paint the lines, arrows, and curbings in the required colors, and install the devices and signals to apprise the public of the existence of the court order.
(b) Thereafter, persons who violate these orders shall be punished as provided in the orders. However, no fine shall be less than five dollars ($5.00) nor more than fifty dollars ($50.00).
