(a) A rule implemented by the Board of Corrections, Division of Correction, Division of Community Correction, or the Post-Prison Transfer Board pertaining to this act shall be approved by the appropriate legislative committee before becoming effective.
(b) Any administrative directive or board policy pertaining to this act implemented by the Board of Corrections, the Division of Correction, the Division of Community Correction, or the Post-Prison Transfer Board shall be reported to the Legislative Council.
