(a) Notwithstanding AS 06.01.035, a person who violates a provision of this chapter, or a regulation adopted or an order issued under this chapter, is liable for a civil penalty not to exceed $10,000 for each violation.
(b) The remedies provided by this section and by other sections of this chapter are not exclusive and may be sought in combination with other remedies to enforce the provisions of this chapter.
