(a) A person who has an inactive license certificate under AS 06.60.090 may apply to the department for an active license and pay the required fees. To be eligible for license reactivation, the applicant shall comply with all requirements for licensure in effect at the time of reactivation.
(b) If the department reactivates a license under this section, the license expires on December 31 of the year in which it is issued.
