(a) A person may obtain judicial review by the superior court of a final order issued by the administrator under this chapter by filing a notice of appeal in accordance with the applicable rules of court governing appeals in civil matters. The notice of appeal shall be filed within 30 days after the order becomes final under AS 44.64.060.
(b) A regulation adopted under this chapter is subject to judicial review under AS 44.62.300.
