Alaska Statutes Title 26. Military Affairs, Veterans, Disasters, and Aerospace § 26.20.195. Federal regulation of homeland security

The requirements of this chapter do not apply to facilities, aircraft, vessels, and other means and modes of transportation that are subject to federal homeland security requirements, including aviation security requirements at 49 C.F.R. Chapter XII Subchapter B, Part 1520,  1 and Subchapter C, Parts 1540--1550,  2 and maritime and land security requirements at 33 C.F.R. Chapter 1 Subchapter H, Parts 101--106,  3 and 49 C.F.R. Chapter XII Subchapter D, Parts 1570--1572.  4
