Alaska Statutes Title 18. Health, Safety, Housing, Human Rights, and Public Defender § 18.20.460. Provisions not applicable to nurses employed in federal or tribal facilities

The provisions of AS 18.20.400--18.20.499 do not apply to a nurse employed in a health care facility that is operated by

(1) the federal government; or

(2) a tribal organization as defined in 25 U.S.C. 450b.
