Wisconsin Statutes Code of Military Justice (Ch. 322) § 322.102. Article 102--Forcing a safeguard

Any person who forces a safeguard shall be punished as a court-martial may direct. “Forcing a safeguard” means performing any act in violation of the protection of a detachment, guard, or detail posted by a commander for protection.
