If a party does not comply with any procedure of RCW 11.96A.260 through 11.96A.310, the other party or parties may petition the superior court for an order compelling
compliance. A party obtaining an order compelling compliance is entitled to reimbursement of
costs and attorneys' fees incurred in connection with: The petition and any other
actions taken after the issuance of the order to compel compliance with the order,
unless the court at the hearing on the petition determines otherwise for good cause
shown. Reimbursement must be from the party or parties whose failure to comply was the
basis for the petition.
