(a) The trustees may postpone the vote on any question to be voted at a special Village meeting to the annual meeting if the special meeting falls within 120 days of the annual meeting.
(b) If a special Village meeting falls within 120 days of another special Village meeting called by petition, the trustees may warn the questions to be voted at the first Village meeting for the later Village meeting, and may by resolution rescind the call of the earlier meeting.
