Utah Code Title 41. Motor Vehicles § 41-6a-713. Driving over gore area or island prohibited--Exceptions--Penalties

(1)(a) A person may not operate a vehicle over, across, or within any part of a gore area or an island.

(b) Subsection (1)(a) does not apply to:

(i) a person operating a vehicle that is disabled;  or

(ii) an operator of an authorized emergency vehicle under conditions described under Section 41-6a-208.

(2) A person who violates Subsection (1) is guilty of an infraction.

(1) No insurer or insurance producer selling a policy of group life insurance or group health insurance subject to the exemption in ORS 731.146 (2)(b) is authorized to sell membership in a group for the purpose of qualifying an applicant who is an individual for the insurance.

(2) No insurer or insurance producer selling membership in a group is authorized to offer a policy of group life insurance or group health insurance subject to the exemption in ORS 731.146 (2)(b) for the purpose of selling membership in the group.
