Texas Transportation Code - TRANSP § 1001.026. Compensation

A member of the board is entitled to compensation as provided by the General Appropriations Act.  If compensation for board members is not provided by that Act, each member is entitled to reimbursement for actual and necessary expenses incurred in performing functions as a member of the board.
