(a) The governing body of a municipality must conduct an initial public hearing not earlier than the 21st day and not later than the 30th day after the date the governing body adopts the resolution under Section 43.0692.
(b) The governing body must conduct at least one additional public hearing not earlier than the 31st day and not later than the 90th day after the date the governing body adopts a resolution under Section 43.0692.
