Rhode Island General Laws Title 9. Courts and Civil Procedure--Procedure Generally § 9-29-4. Costs allowed parties and attorneys in superior court

The following fees shall be taxed and allowed in bills of costs to attorneys and parties in the superior court in civil cases:

To the attorney of the party obtaining judgment․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․

(2)

To plaintiff's solicitor for every complaint, original and supplemental․․․․․․․․․․․․

․․․․․․5.00

(3)

To defendant's solicitor for every answer, original or supplemental, one only to be taxed, though several filed, if defense be joint
