Rhode Island General Laws Title 11. Criminal Offenses § 11-49.3-5. Penalties for violation

Whenever a lake is being constructed by the Kansas department of wildlife, parks and tourism in any county within three miles of the county line of an adjoining county, the board of county commissioners of such adjoining county is hereby authorized to construct or aid in the construction of roads and bridges around such lake in the county in which such lake is situated and access roads thereto.  The board of county commissioners of such adjoining county shall, by resolution, find that the lake is of public benefit to its county and fix the amount of money from its road and bridge fund to be expended for such purpose.  Such board is authorized to enter into such agreements as may be necessary with the board of county commissioners of the county in which the lake is situated for the separate or joint construction and maintenance of such roads and bridges.  Any roads so constructed shall have access to roads in such adjoining county.
