(a) The following fees shall be charged for the granting of letters testamentary and of administration based upon the size of the estate:

(c) In addition to the fees provided in subsections (a) and (b), an additional 10% fee shall be imposed on the granting of such letters and on filing, advertising and adjudication of such accounts pursuant to and for the purposes stated in section 24(d)(1)(iv) of the act of July 9, 1976 (P.L. 586, No. 142), known as the “Judiciary Act of 1976.”  1
