Pennsylvania Statutes Title 39 P.S. Insolvency and Assignments § 254. Petitioner to execute assignment

The petitioner shall thereupon execute an assignment of all his estate, property and effects whatsoever, to such trustees as may be nominated by two-thirds in number and value of the creditors then attending, either in person or by attorney, or in default of such nomination, as shall be appointed by the court.
