Pennsylvania Statutes Title 39 P.S. Insolvency and Assignments § 251. Notice to creditors

Notice of the time and place fixed for the hearing, as aforesaid, shall be given by the petitioner to his creditors, at least fifteen days before such hearing, either personally, or by advertisement published in one or more newspapers, as the court may direct.
