Pennsylvania Statutes Title 36 P.S. Highways and Bridges § 2641. Assent to federal legislation; pledge

The assent of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is hereby given to the act of Congress, approved July eleventh, one thousand nine hundred sixteen, entitled “An act to provide that the United States shall aid the States in the construction of rural post-roads, and for other purposes,”  1 with all its provisions and conditions, and further pledges the faith of the Commonwealth to make adequate provisions to meet the Federal apportionment and properly to maintain the roads so constructed.
