Pennsylvania Statutes Title 36 P.S. Highways and Bridges § 2391.7. Laying out intersecting highways

After the establishment of a limited access highway it shall be unlawful to establish or lay out any new highway intersecting the limited access highway except by and with the consent of the authorities responsible for the limited access highway.
