Commencing in Erie, and running over route eighty-four 1 to Waterford, thence by way of Union City to a point on the dividing line between Erie and Crawford counties, thence by way of Riceville, Centerville, and Hydetown to Titusville, thence over route two hundred and five 2 to a point on the boundary line of the city of Franklin, Venango County.
