Commencing in Bellefonte, thence over routes twenty-seven and twenty-nine 1 to Milroy and Reedsville; thence over route one hundred ninety-two 2 to Cedar Hills and Belleville; thence to a point on the dividing line between Mifflin and Huntingdon Counties; thence to Greenwood Furnace, McAlveys Fort, Ennisville, and Cornpropst's Mill into Huntingdon, Huntingdon County.
