Pennsylvania Statutes Title 24 P.S. Education § 16-1602. New high schools;  additional years

In order to establish a new high school or to add a year of work to the program of a high school or junior high school already in operation in a school district of the fourth class, the approval of the Department of Public Instruction   1 shall be secured in advance of the opening of such school or of making such change in program.
