All that portion of the state highway system constituting state route seventy in the county of Allegany, beginning at the Allegany and Steuben county line continuing in a generally westerly direction, and terminating at the Allegany and Livingston county line, shall be designated and known as the “Sergeant Omar G. Blowers Memorial Highway”.
